The owners of Pacific Mortgage Lenders, Inc., Steve & Cheryl Lorimer, are frequent travelers of the inside passage waterways in the summer months, cruising as far north as Glacier  Bay, Alaska.  In the fall, winter and spring months they can be found boating in the nearby San Juan Islands of Washington or the Gulf Islands of southern British Columbia.  Steve & Cheryl own a 32 foot powerboat and tow a 15 foot aluminum skiff, which they use for fishing and exploring.  Attached to this website are some of the boating photos that they have taken.    In addition to being in the home loan industry for over 25 years, Steve & Cheryl are the owners of Pacific Realty Group, Inc., a real estate sales business.

     There are literally hundreds of interest rate programs with multiple rate and loan fee combinations ranging from No Closing Costs, No Loan Fee, and other choices having a 1% loan fee, 2% loan fee, etc. Because each borrower has unique financial concerns, individual spending and saving capabilities, and different short term and long term goals we feel that the ‘best’ loan product at the best rate/fee combination is as individual as the persons involved. The loan fee to Pacific Mortgage Lenders is a fixed  amount, at ONLY 1% of the loan amount, regardless of type of loan.  If a borrower chooses an above market interest rate, the rebate credit paid to us by the wholesale lender can be used to offset our loan fee as well as many, if not all, of the other closing costs.  We offer a wide menu of fixed and adjustable rate loans for borrowers, plus construction, purchase and refinance loans.
